These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by PrimeLead Agency, a digital marketing and lead generation agency. By engaging with our services or visiting our website, you accept the following terms:
Services Offered
PrimeLead Agency provides the following services:
- UGC content creation
- Meta Ads management
- AI-generated content automation
- Real estate lead generation (trial available)
Each service will be customized per client and outlined in a formal proposal or agreement.
Payments & Billing
All services are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment confirms your acceptance of the service scope and deliverables.
Monthly retainers renew automatically unless canceled with notice (see Section 8).
Trial Offer (Real Estate Lead Gen)
We offer a trial phase for real estate lead generation, designed to demonstrate the quality and conversion rate of our leads.
Trial terms will be defined based on your goals and project scope.
After the trial, standard packages apply.
Refund & Revisions Policy
We value fairness and transparency.
If no service is delivered within 15 days of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
If services are delivered but do not meet expectations, we offer free revisions to make it right.
If issues remain unresolved, a partial or full refund may be issued (minus minimal admin/service fees).
Refund decisions are made in good faith to ensure client satisfaction and agency sustainability
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required access, materials, and approvals promptly.
Delays in your inputs may impact timelines and results, and are not the responsibility of PrimeLead Agency
Intellectual Property
All original creatives, scripts, ad copy, and strategy remain the property of PrimeLead Agency until full payment is received.
After payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for your business use only.
Performance Disclaimer
We aim to deliver outstanding results, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, ROIs, or conversions.
Market performance depends on various external factors beyond our control (competition, landing page UX, sales team performance, etc.).
Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly services with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
For cancellations during active campaigns, deliverables and access may be revoked post-final payment
Mutual Confidentiality & Brand Protection
At PrimeLead Agency, discretion and trust are core values.
We protect all client information, strategies, internal assets, and behind-the-scenes processes.
By working with us, you agree to do the same: no public disclosures, social media leaks, or sharing of proprietary methods or internal discussions without explicit written consent.
This applies during and after the partnership period.
Limitation of Liability
PrimeLead Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client within the previous 30 days.
